What's A Ticket?

When you make a request we review the request and confirm the work needed in terms of tickets. All simple maintenance requests only require 1 ticket, but over the years we discovered that our clients want more and more from us, which is great, but at times can be time consuming. More advanced requests will require more tickets.

Tickets have many benefits over cash or all you can eat plans. For example:

  • Unlike other maintenance providers who charge you a set $ amount each month, regardless if you require maintenance that month or not, with us tickets do not expire – so you never loose value even if you stop paying. as long as you have tickets in your account you can ask us for help.
  • Any unused tickets on our monthly plans will roll over and are available for use whenever you need them.
  • Tickets can be gifted to friends.
  • Tickets retain their value and do not depreciate over time.

Do Tickets Expire?

No. Tickets do not expire. 

How many tickets can I have?

Minimum: A single individual ticket is the minimum you can buy.

Maximum: Since unused tickets stay in your account, if you accumulate 30 unused tickets we will prevent future billing so that your account never has more than 30 unused tickets.

What is a ticket worth?

We maintain a set of standards for ticket value, that you can use as examples for what tickets translate to for work. 

IN BRIEF: Tickets always maintain their value and will not depreciate in value. You can expect your maintaince tickets to produce the same amount of work now and into the future. If you are ever not 100% satisfied you always request a full refund for any unused tickets.

Your Requests

How long does it take for my webmaster to complete my request?
Your webmaster will review and reply ASAP. We guarantee this will happen within 48 hours but often it happens within just a few hours.
Where do I make Requests for website Changes?

You have options. The primary way to make your request is when you login into your account and submit a request from your my account page. You can also call us, or send an email to care@maintainmysite.com

I need a WordPress Webmaster, can you help?

Yes, we have specialized in WordPress since its inception in 2003. WordPress is the most common website platform our Webmasters work on for clients.

We can handle everything from edits and changes to plugin updates, theme updates, WordPress core updates, and more. Clients even task us to help pick WordPress themes and plugins for them, or find alternatives for ones that are perhaps underperforming for their needs. We can even do performance optimization of WordPress sites.

Bottomline: Yes. If you site runs on WordPress you are in good hands with us.

Is there a contract?

Our website maintence is month to month and does not require a contract. You can cancel anytime, even have a full refund of any unused tokens.

Please note, if you choose to have us build you a new website and you opt to have a 4 month payment plan, then it is expected you fulfill your obligation for the 4 months and settle that debt.

Can you Redesign my site?

Yes, we can either redsign your site month after month as part of your standard webmaster plan or you can purchase a new website.

I don't need a monthly plan, can I pay you to create a new site?

Yes. If you don’t need or want a monthly webmaster we do offer custom website design options. You can pick to have your site build and delivered with one invoice, or pay 4 equal payments over 4 months.

How can I pay you?

Most clients use this website, to add tokens to their account with a credit card. We can arrage invoice billing instead, send via email if you’d like. For that please contact us. 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, for any unused tokens you may request a full refund.
